Privacy at a glance

COLORS does not require a Cuspart account. Scores, settings, accuracy, reaction time, streaks, daily progress, and color-memory records stay on your device.

Information handled by COLORS

Gameplay information and preferences are stored locally so the app can display progress and remember settings. This includes scores, accuracy, reaction time, streaks, daily progress, color-memory records, and accessibility choices.

COLORS does not request names, email addresses, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, health data, financial data, or other sensitive information.

Advertising and consent

COLORS uses Google AdMob for banner and interstitial advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process an IP address to estimate coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash information, and performance information. These data may be used for third-party advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, app functionality, and service operation.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for and stores advertising-consent choices before ads are requested. A Privacy Choices entry appears in the COLORS Settings screen whenever the consent platform requires it.

Google may use device identifiers, product interaction, and advertising data for advertising and may treat some processing as tracking under Apple's App Privacy definitions. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Game Center

COLORS uses Apple Game Center for player authentication and the global 45-second leaderboard. Apple processes Game Center data under the player's Apple account. COLORS never receives an Apple ID password and does not operate a separate player-account database.

Read Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

COLORS is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. It does not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children.

Retention and control

Local gameplay information remains on the device until the app is removed or its data is cleared. Advertising-consent choices can be reviewed in the COLORS Settings screen when available. Advertising identifiers and Game Center controls can also be managed through Apple device settings.

Contact and changes

This policy may be updated when app features, SDK behavior, or legal requirements change. For privacy questions, email contact@cuspart.com.
